NEW CONSTRUCTIONFull spray foam package for a new ski-in/ski-out chalet on Deer Valley Drive. Open-cell foam in the walls, closed-cell on the roof deck and foundation — designed to handle 400+ inches of annual snowpack and sub-zero temperatures.
COMMERCIALSpray foam and rigid board insulation for a 40,000 sq ft commercial warehouse near Kimball Junction. Coordinated with the GC to complete insulation during the framing window before the Summit County winter deadline.
SPRAY FOAMClosed-cell spray foam on all rim joists in a Jeremy Ranch home experiencing frozen pipes and cold basement floors. The rim joist is one of the most overlooked air leakage points in mountain homes — this fix solved the problem permanently.
AIR SEALINGComprehensive attic air sealing and blown-in upgrade for an 1890s Old Town cottage. Used preservation-friendly methods to avoid disturbing the historic structure while bringing the thermal envelope up to modern Zone 6 standards.
